Two major types of team members are commonplace in a team. Obedient members can be plain and therefore catastrophic if organized without original thinking. On the other hand, innovative members are definitely a plus to fuel the team with motives of creativity but could also place the team in risk. The more useful members could be either the submissive staff or the creative ones depending on the different goals the teams aim to achieve.
Certain teams are established around the idea of nurturing the creative side of a member.Teams like these include debate teams, software-programming teams, space exploration teams and archaeological teams.
