塞西尔学院
Cecil College
塞西尔学院是一所社区学院，成立于1968年。学院前身为塞西尔社区学院，2007年6月马里兰高等教育委员会投票通过了其更名提案。塞西尔学院强调严格、全面的教育，为学生提供多种专业课程，主要包括艺术、工商管理、商业及商贸技术、计算机信息系统、教育、工程、消防科学技术、卫生保健、执法技术、数学与科学、交通运输与物流、视频通信、劳动力培训等专业。
塞西尔学院继续教育满足各年龄段的公民的需要。通过塞西尔学院的继续教育帮助学员提高工作技能及个人致富能力。此外，塞西尔学院有着一流的教学水平，高素质的师资力量，37名教师有百分之八十九的教师已经获得硕士以上学位。塞西尔学院的卫生保健和视频通信专业是一流的。学院还为交通运输和物流专业毕业的学生提供许多就业机会。
